Tick Size Pilot (September 2018)

We analyzed the impact of the Tick-Size Pilot on market quality and on execution quality for institutional traders.  We estimate that the pilot will cost investors up to $350 million by the time it ends in October of 2018, and argue that the pilot should not be extended.
